Who we are
VAX Fleet is a brand of VectAxiom (威克西姆). This notice covers the vaxfleet.com website only, not the VAX TMS used by fleets under their own agreement. Contact: support@vectaxiom.com.
Contact & onboarding form
When you submit the form we store: name, email, optional company, optional truck count, optional USDOT, request type, the page you came from, reply language, your message and the time. To limit abuse we also store a one-way hash of your network address, not the address itself.
We use this only to reply to your request and arrange onboarding. Submitting does not create an account or a contract. Each request is saved in the website's private database together with an email-alert record for the team; website visitors cannot read either, and they are not shown publicly. The website then emails the submitted form fields to the team mailbox through Lovable's email service, sent from notify.vaxfleet.com with your email set as the reply address.
Inquiries that do not lead to onboarding are kept for 12 months from the date they were sent. After that, the name, email, company, USDOT and message are due to be anonymized. Inquiries that lead to onboarding move into the customer relationship and are handled under the separate service agreement. Automatic anonymization is not switched on yet: due records are reviewed and handled manually. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time (see below).
The form sends only what you type into it. Little V chat transcripts and any private fleet TMS data are never attached.
Little V website guide
Text and voice chats are sent to an AI service through the Lovable AI Gateway to generate answers. The website does not save chat transcripts to its database, and chats are never attached to a form submission. Voice uses your microphone only after you press Start. Don't share sensitive personal information in chat.
Public carrier directory
The directory shows official FMCSA and NHTSA public records about carriers and vehicles. Searches are processed to return results; we do not link them to your identity.
Browser storage and logs
Your theme and language choices may be saved in your browser. Like any website, our hosting and infrastructure keep technical request logs (such as time, page and error information) needed to run and secure the site.
Service providers
The website is built and hosted on Lovable, with its database on Lovable Cloud, and Little V answers through the Lovable AI Gateway. These providers process data on our behalf to run the site. We do not sell form or chat data.
Your choices
To ask what we hold about you, or to correct or delete your form submission, email support@vectaxiom.com with your reference number. You can also contact us by email without using the form.
