1 · Create a load and dispatch it
- 01In the web console, open the dispatch board and create or select a load.
- 02Check pickup, delivery and stops on the load detail.
- 03Assign a driver and truck; the driver sees it in the app.
2 · Driver accepts, runs stops, returns POD
- 01The driver opens the trip in the driver app and follows each stop.
- 02At delivery, the driver scans or photographs the BOL/POD.
- 03The POD lands on the same load record the office sees.
3 · Internal invoice draft and authorized confirmation
- 01From a completed load, prepare an internal invoice draft.
- 02An authorized team member reviews and confirms it.
- 03The confirmed invoice opens in its detail view. Sending to customers and payment stay in your existing process.
4 · Start, pause and end a Little V session
- 01Open Little V in the driver app and start a session by voice or text.
- 02Ask about the trip, pay, time or weather; follow up in context.
- 03Pause or end the session whenever you want.
5 · ELD and in-cab devices
- 01ELD keeps hours of service and driving logs; device compatibility is confirmed with your fleet setup.
- 02Phone location in the driver app is not ELD data.
- 03For dashcam, tablet or GPS plans, start with a device conversation.
